I have three weeks off at christmas and hope to check out some of the powder, I have heard so much about. keen to know anything useful or amusing about riding in Japan. Although I am a chick, I can hold my own, on the hill. Have done seasons in French Alps, n Whistler BC, and hung out riding in Europe n NZ too. How does Japan compare? Anyone out there near sendai? Finding it hard to meet people outside of work, keen to meet fellow boarders, to hang out with on the mountain. Link to post Share on other sites

What are the places that are fairly near you going to be? Iwate or Yamagata maybe.... Good to have someone else in that area on here - you can teach some of us about it all during the season!
