Adam's Peanut Butter is the best. No salt and it's natural in that you have to stir in the oil when you open it. So good. I go both ways. Sometimes smooth if I'm feeling relaxed. Crunchy if I want to mix it up a bit or need to get rid of some aggression. Link to post Share on other sites

I grew up with Sanatarium PB in NZ, I got used to it, its natural, no added sugar. 'Countdown' chain supermarkets in NZ had an own brand PB that used to be awesome aswell. Never ate Kraft, too expensive and came in tiny little tubs. Everday after school I used to have PB, Jam and grated cheese sandwich. Top stuff. I found some cheap pretty good no added sugar PB a few weeks ago in Japan at the "OK Bottleworld" 88cents for asmall jar, no added sugar. Go Peanut Butter! Link to post Share on other sites
