rachael 0
What's perfect weather for a day on the slopes for you? While a day of sun and blue skies like today is nice and feels great, the snow gets hit in the afternoon. And of course some of it melts too.......
brett_jackson 0
Really cold, all day, after a fresh fall (or blizzard) overnight. A clear sky as the sun rises ... with maybe a few clouds in the west to catch the pink & orange light the sun throws off. The sun stays out for a few hours of the morning, then some high cloud comes over to stop the snow melting by the afternoon. Snow starts to fall again on your last few runs. What I wouldn't give for programmable weather. But since we cant program weather ... i'll go for high clud with patches of sunlight throughout the day (just to look at the view). dale#1 1
At the time, nice blue skies and not too cold is perfect. But it doesn't do the snow the best. Just as long as its not blizzard time.
Teledude 0
The perfect day...wake up early, get a good hike in for warm-up, then ski buttery corn all morning, come down, head home, then some early spring kayaking for the afternoon, followed by barbeque and beer...that's spring anyway. frannyo 2
Perfect for me is cold, blue skies but not too much sun on a weekday. Snow overnight of course. Then more of the same the next day.
