Mick Rich 78
That has to be one of the best posts in the history of SJF!! Great job Muika!!
veronica 2
You seem to be a real 'Grandview' fan, Mick - going to be able to make it up there this coming season?
muikabochi 208
Yes surely Mick. Mick has definitely been a frustrated "Granviewer" until now, got to get there!
HeatherLocklearRocks 1
Are they going to open this season?
Slippery Jim 65
Of course! And the lifts will be free to use...
xxx 2
Even the new Gondola?!
muikabochi 208
I think it's going to be a Massive season for Mt Granview!
Tubby Beaver 209
Even the new Gondola?! The gondola has been done away with and replaced with furturistic, next gen technology from their vast R&D department. Its a teleport lift, walk in-walkout....no more dangerous pile ups of snowboard newbies at the top, just carry your board and skis in your hands when you go in and voila! you are at the very top of the mountain!! muikabochi 208
I get the feeling you might just be very much underestimating the sheer scale of Mt Granview here guys. It's not a piffling little hill like those found in Niseko Resort Area and Hakuba (Where Dreams Come True).
634-maru 4
Bet you can't hike Mt Granview now, with all the snow up there.
iiyamadude 6
That will surely just depend on how gnarly one is.
muikabochi 208
Couldn't see the peaks of Mt Granview this morning, covered in snow clouds.
Tubby Beaver 209
Bet you can't hike Mt Granview now, with all the snow up there. Certainly not, unless u are naked
little sheep 0
My dad used to do some skiing way back in Austria. Some pretty wild old gear he had, I have seen the photos. Would like to go see the museum in Nozawa actually, heard it is interesting and a good ski village to boot.

muikabochi 208
I just hope that even with it's explosively increased popularity, Mt Granview doesn't lose it's soul.
Tubby Beaver 209
Nothing worse than when places get popular due to their fantastic terrain and facilities and then it becomes too commercial
