brit-gob 9
Just bottled 44 pints of a nice hoppy IPA. In a couple of weeks I should be good to go Also, started a new batch of honey brown ale. Looking forward for that one to be done! How's the 44 points going on, BM? I was looking at some kits in the shops. Am tempted.
Thundercat 60
Just cracked a few tonight (possibly a little early). They are much better than I expected. Complex IPA with a deep hop profile. I just boottled 45 more pints of a Honey Brown Ale. Also brew 23L of Imperial Smoked Maple Porter. Really looking forward to this one. (all of them really!! Thundercat 60
Today's bottling work. There are 22L of a delicious honey brown ale hidden away in these bottles. This is the IPA bitter. Quite proud that I was able to make such a tasty beer on my first try. I dry hopped this batch so there is a rich, complex hop profile to this beer The one on the left gives a good indication of the colour profile of the honey brown ale. Deep brown ale flavour with a hint of honey on the back of your tongue. Can't wait so this to have conditioned properly.

Thundercat 60
Yeah, the bottles were all donated to me by friends who own bars. Has saved me an absolute fortune. Also, I'm a big fan of slippers this time of year! (any time really)
