Just bottled 44 pints of a nice hoppy IPA. In a couple of weeks I should be good to go :) Also, started a new batch of honey brown ale. Looking forward for that one to be done!

How's the 44 points going on, BM?

I was looking at some kits in the shops. Am tempted.

Just cracked a few tonight (possibly a little early). They are much better than I expected. Complex IPA with a deep hop profile. I just boottled 45 more pints of a Honey Brown Ale. Also brew 23L of Imperial Smoked Maple Porter. Really looking forward to this one. (all of them really!!

Today's bottling work. There are 22L of a delicious honey brown ale hidden away in these bottles.

This is the IPA bitter. Quite proud that I was able to make such a tasty beer on my first try. I dry hopped this batch so there is a rich, complex hop profile to this beer

The one on the left gives a good indication of the colour profile of the honey brown ale. Deep brown ale flavour with a hint of honey on the back of your tongue. Can't wait so this to have conditioned properly.
