big-will 7
Apparently, Japan are playing Jordan tonight. I just heard that Jordan are a real world-force in football. Great players, very strong team, lots of tall gaijin. Taihen desu ne.
grungy-gonads 54
On a night of early hope and ultimate pain, England were as wretched and nerve-riddled in the second half here as they had been fluid and confident in the first. It was a truly shocking transformation, all life draining from them after the break. Gone was all the composure in possession and goal threat. England needed a substitute to give them an outlet, but Roy Hodgson bizarrely delayed the introduction of Ashley Young until after a Montenegrin substitute, Dejan Damjanovic, had deservedly equalised Wayne Rooney’s earlier header. --- I almost hope they don't make it. big-will 7
I see Japan could not overcome the mighty Jordan. This is the situation where the "mighty" and "very strong world-beating team" comments come in very useful. Anyone watch it?
pie-eater 207
England were held to a draw by the mighty..... hold on, who was it, don't know. (Is that a country*?) No offence intended!
