pie-eater 207
Well we lost as well. Though I still believe we are a shoe-in for one of the coveted Champions League places next season. Liverpool got a good win, will surely do some good for their confidence.
grungy-gonads 54
Chris Foy played four additional minutes in the second half at Old Trafford. United were unable to take advantage as they slumped to a surprise loss, which ended Tottenham's 23-year wait for a win at Old Trafford and left Ferguson's side four points adrift of Premier League leaders Chelsea. But the Scot was furious at what he believed was a lack of injury time, which he felt did not take into account six substitions and some time-wasting tactics from the visitors. And, as happens in rugby league, Ferguson feels referees should be stripped of the responsibility. "It is a flaw in the game that referees are responsible for time-keeping," he told BBC Sport. "It is nearly 2013 and the referee still has control of that. "They gave four minutes. It is an insult. It is ridiculous. It is denying you the proper chance to win the football match. "There were six substitutions and the trainer came on. That is four minutes right away. "The goalkeeper must have wasted two minutes. They took their time at every goal kick. That is obvious to everyone." No, Fergie, what is an insult and ridiculous is the way your players zombie through 45 minutes. Get that sorted.
grungy-gonads 54
Though I do actually agree that it is probably something that the main ref should not be in charge of.
big-will 7
Giggs is becoming a liability. Perhaps keep him as a sub, but starting him is a really bad idea - as proven the last few times.
grungy-gonads 54
Yes, Giggs is outstaying his welcome now. It's a shame to taint his legendary status by late performances.

Tubby Beaver 209
Geordies use "Toon" like us Scots to mean the "town".....l dunno why Newcastle are called it tho. There are quite a few shared words between Scots and Geordie vernacular
pie-eater 207
Everton had to come back to "rob us" of two points last night. Never mind, CL glory still awaits next season.
Thundercat 60
That referee was pretty bad eh... Everton were the least penalized team going into that match and ended up getting 5 or 6 yellow cards.
