Borat 0
Well I have had probably the best steak ever at the side hill in Hakuba the other night.. who has a suggestion for tonight??
Thundercat 60
If you like Mexican food you should head over to Uncle Stevens. You should be careful using the words 'best' and 'Hakuba' in the same sentence... someone might get upset with you
best skier in hakuba 5
Yeah Uncle Stevens is great. Go hungry!
Borat 0
I did get that BM, but I`m not gonna go there.. Uncle steves sounds like it woulda been betta than where we went tonight, should waited a bit longer to get some replies instead of rushing off to 'Hie', great Wagyu but very small servings. Jynxx 4
Wagyu is expensive stuff. I suppose you pay for all the beer and massage they get . Me, dinki-di-grass-fed-organic-aussie-beef.
Valve Bounce 0
OK!how about some suggestions for where to eat in Niseko?
rider69 18
Go to Hei beside 902 it is the best izakaiya in town. Zen near 7/11 for fresh soba so good! Get a burger at Alaska burger as well! I personally dont rate uncles stevens that high. Everything is pretty much fried on the menu.
panhead_pete 27
Hei is awesome, the potato there is sublime as is the horse shashimi. Pity you didnt pop in the bar after it and caught up.
HelperElfMissy 42
If you haven't been to Sumo-Tai in Echoland then it is worth going. YUM. And I really like A-bu-cha in Niseko, mainly because there is something for everyone.
TropicalPow 0
VB : When you've had your fill of Japanese style food, Downtown Cafe does great burgers and an awesome Wagyu steak that won't break the bank.

muikabochi 208
I went to Uncle Stevens in Hakuba. Loved it, those fried potatoes were awesome. Might be fried but fry it well, they did! Must admit I did feel very bloated after though. Need to lose weight.
