veronica 2 Posted December 7, 2010 Share Posted December 7, 2010 OK so I hadn't been to the doctor for a proper checkup for quite a few, and a few weeks ago I did. There were 2 things that the doctor mentioned when I was there but the full results took 2 weeks to come back... turns out when I got the results I was advised to go back to the doctor for some more tests. I went this morning and to my great relief, the doctor said I had nothing at all to worry about. I'm not sure if the first guy made a mistake or was just being overly-cautious about something, but whatever, I am very relieved. Just having to wait so long for results and then an appointment to go again with this hanging over me was quite stressful. I'm going to go out and have a big meal and a few drinks tonight! I never did, if I'm gonna die young I really don't want to know about it Plus I'm not changing the way I live even if they say it could kill me Link to post Share on other sites

What really ticks me off is when doctors HAVE results and wont give them to you until your appointment which because of how busy they are or where they are working on what days, is DAYS after they are actually ready!!! Now that truly sucks. I wish they could go all Dr House on you and just tell you the results as soon as they are in. Link to post Share on other sites
