big-will 7
How many New Year (or 'Christmas' parties) you going to? >>> 4 And how many do you WANT to go to? >>> 2. Two are 'giri parties' that probably most people there don't want to go to.
Chriselle 158
none and...none. Not at all interested! Edit...My band is playing three Christmas events which are parties but no bonenkais for me.
Thundercat 60
One is too many for me... and I've already had one... so that's too many for me!

grungy-gonads 54
I was 'a bit ill' for one party I didn't want to go to last week. What a shame. I just stayed in, ate pizza and played PS3.

snowdude 44
Suppose to be going to a bonenkai on the 15th of this month, luckily I dont get back until the 16th!
pie-eater 207
What a shame. I only have one that I 'have to' go to. And actually I don't mind, they are a decent bunch. For a 2jikai at karaoke I either have to be extremely drunk or say goodbye.

Go Native 70
We're having a couple of families around to our house for Christmas dinner. Niseko is just one big party on NYE and eveyone is invited. You just have to choose which one/s to go to. We'll probably do what we normally do each NYE which is just have a normal night at home. From now for those of us who live and work here we enter the busiest period of our year. In Hirafu there's a party somewhere just about every night so there's rarely any special Christmas or NY parties like you have in other parts of Japan. Most full timers are too damned busy to get out much anyway. That's the hospitality industry though, you get to work your butt off during the periods everyone else is holidaying and partying.
