It´s hard to believe that he needs $800 glasses. Is this in regards to some complex manufacturing process? Link to post Share on other sites

Well the frames were only $180odd, so I guess the rest is in the lenses. He has a strong prescription so I do get them to 'thinned' which costs extra - but does mean they are not so coke bottle. This pair I also got Transitions Lenses on because we are going into summer and it will protect his eyes. Link to post Share on other sites

Got a few really bad examples - glasses held together with a bandaid in Niseko when he snapped them in Jan, a school photo with seriously wonky glasses .... but I will try and take a pic of him in the new ones.
