RobBright 35
Here's a question for you: Say for example I bought some meat and the best before date is 28/10. Now say if I were to freeze it for 3 months and then decide to eat it. If I defrost it, is the best before date 1 day after defrosting or longer? Never ever worked that one out. thursday 1
it had some funny parts. Not many though.
thursday 1
Your meat should be labelled "previously frozen" if it was. In which case, re-freezing it will give you death. Fresh meat can be frozen for up to 3 years. That's the 3 "***" on the freezer door. If your meat was due to go off tomorrow and you freeze it today, then it will turn into an alien lobster creature. BagOfCrisps 24
It might be with that many watts, I reckon.
thursday 1
how can you get that sorta power from your domestic supply?
BagOfCrisps 24
It might be difficult. But can't perhaps a small neighbourhood get together and use some long cables to pool the power. Or something. I'm not really that technical, so it might not be practical.
thursday 1
might be a waste of time as well as energy.
BagOfCrisps 24
It may well be but jolly well worth a try, I say!

Mantas 3
I once left a meat pie in the oven before going on holidays. When I returned after a month, the maggots greeted me at the door.

thursday 1
so you had a fly in the oven?
Mantas 3
You know, I was only just thinking about that after I posted. Maggots need fly's eggs right? So there must have been a fly in there or one got through the seal somehow.
RobBright 35
Or there was already a fly within the pie?
