Looks like it will be one day skiing in Gifu instead of two days in Nagano at this point. And judging by the weather forecast, dust on crust. I made it up to Hakuba but only for a day and couldn't stay anywhere in town. 30cm+ on the hill but that was on top of a breakable crust with softer stuff under that too, so a little dodgy but fun on-piste till it got tracked out. Didn't hook up with anyone and ended up skiing solo, which wasn't as fun as previous trips. Link to post Share on other sites
