For me this is a really big deal, because my 3 yrs is up and I am now giving up a fair whack of cash each month to the pension scheme. I feel strong pressure to either move back to UK now, or stay here forever. If I go back in 5-20 years time, my pension will be screwed when I retire. Link to post Share on other sites
