Last winter was pretty crap but we still got some good snow over new year there. The year before, we got a heap of snow over new year. Being a little early in the season it can be hit and miss, but the is generally already a good base for the resorts by then. Link to post Share on other sites

Initially I thought that Niseko would defo be the place, but it costs a hell of a lot more to go there than Hakuba or Nozawa Onsen. So its all about pros and cons!! Link to post Share on other sites
