Roger's head 0
I've been out twice now, one in Yuzawa and the other in Shiga Kogen. Both times really empty slopes. How about where you've been?
GoodTimes 0
I went to Marunuma over Christmas and had some Good Times. Like you said, not busy at all. Good snow. I recommend the place... the place we stayed was good too. Pension Currants - its on this site in the hotel section. Good times.

base40 0
What the kids want! (Apart from a serious dump of snow...)
ugachugabuga 0
I wonder how the numbers are shaping up for this season so far. It can't be a pretty picture for the resorts from what I've seen out there.
Halfflat 0
Went to GALA Yuzawa just for the day, today -- and it seemed pretty popular in the afternoon. But it's the first time I've been, so I don't know what constitutes 'busy' for there. The morning was quite open though, and so was the lit evening skiing.
scouser 4
Was the left hand side open yet? Probably not.
IceEiji 0
I was in Iwate at weekend. We enjoyed time at Appi and then Shizukuishi. Snow was not as much as I hoped for but good time. I was surprised not busy slopes at all, we almost no waiting for lifts.
