Yuki's Passion 1
Has anybody else tasted the new Ebisu thats out? Think its only a gentei as well and prolly wont be out for much longer. Kinda an amber ale and not bad. Generally I get a Ebisu and a black Ebisu and make a black-n-tan. Still, nice tasting beer - had it with nabe and curry this week
slow 0
YEBISU, the red one? I tried it a few weeks ago. I liked it.
Ezorisu 0
Dang! I haven't seen that one yet - I'll have to keep my eyes open for it. I had a Yebisu nama from a tap at a little bar on Monday night and it was so much better than the bin!
Mudguts 0
Yeah the new red can Ebisu is sweet! Can't go wrong with an Ebisu. The best beer in the world in my humble opinion.

number9 0
Yeah, lots of good canned beers lately. The new Ebisu, the Kirin Braumeister, and another one that I can't remember (no I'm not drunk at the moment )
bobby12 0
yea the braumeister is alright, and its pretty cheap. i still like ichiban and regular suntory malts though if we talking more than one can.
Ocean11 0
The Kirin Braumeister is satisfyingly bitter. But I still feel the need to lament that Japanese beer is only improving by very small increments, and as yet there's nothing that really sings to me from its can.
NoFakie 45
I've got a case of the red one at the moment and its not bad. Not as much character as say Yona Yona or Ginga Kogen, but a fair effort all the same. I also tried the altbier Diebels that spuddo goes on about a few weeks ago and the microsecond I finished my first one, I wanted a second. You can buy it at the big Besia on the road that goes south from immigration/kencho in Nagano City towards Shinanoi.
muikabochi 208
Had some Hakkai-san jibiru last night. Nice. Shiga Kogen is still the best jibiru I have had. I'll have to try some of these special mainstream beers, I never do.

r45 4
I like that too. And the bottles. It was the first beer I had in Japan and it has a special place in my heart. Ahhhh.
