There was a big think on the tv this morning that had groups of people talking about how the rising prices of everything is affecting their shopping and lifestyles in general. I must say I haven't really changed what I buy or noticed that much the cost of things, but I can imagine if people are struggling with low income it could be a real headache.

Well I do have some more news. The guy has left his job all of a sudden. Thats all I know but he ain't around anymore!

I make lots of cold oolong and barley tea as well. Love that stuff and drink tons of it especially in summer. I hardly ever drink sugary things like Coke anymore.

Last year I had a new PC and it had about 4 noticeably dead pixels on the screen. They were white and blue. I took the thing back to the shop and showed them where they proceeded to tell me that it was acceptable. I said it wasn't. Anyway we had this big argument and in the end I think they just gave in as I wasn't budging and the machine got replaced. But what is acceptable? I know in the manuals it says that there may be a few. I don't want a new expensive machine to have imperfections like that from the first time the power goes on. What you think?

It's Friday! Hurrah! The only problem with today is that it's also the 13th, so really scary. But, it's Friday and lets celebrate.

From what I have heard there are a few really great tracks on there. Some sounded Pink Floyd-esque to me. A bit different from their last one, which is a good thing.

It sure was. There's a few worn out looking 10pin places in my town. They look totally miserable. Rumor has it that one of them actually still opens on weekend.

I hate those kind of things. Can't they see what a complete waste it is. It sounds like they could probably do almost exactly the same at a place nearby. If it was 3 or 4 days, that's different.

I heard last night that the police have and will do nothing on this. Apparently not enough evidence to do anything.
