  3. Thanks guys, so the Ice Festival is in the New Chitose area then. 1/2 hour train ride to Airport from the airport ain't too bad. MOS Burger, haven't had it yet, I'll check it out. Hotel is a pain right now, can't find much, besides the over price $200+ a night hotels. Hopefully find a reasonable price hotel soon!
  4. Thanks for everyone's help! One question, is New Chitose(CTS) where the Ice Festival will be held? because I am planning to check it out in Feb after boarding in Niseko? or is the Ice Festival at the other airport, I hope not.
  5. For 1 Day pass, not including Night. Whistler BC $72 CAN Mt.Baker $37 US Mt.Hood Meadows $47 US In U.S. it range from $37-55. In Utah there are some resort that cost $60 for a day pass. But I think season pass are pretty cheap here, I got my Mt.Hood Meadows Season pass for $425. Japan lift tickets from what I have seen is usually cheaper then in the states, but the hotels in Japan is way over price.
  6. Can anyone tell me which airport I should be landing on, if I am going to Niseko? New Chitose(CTS) or Okadama(OKD) Thanks for the help
  7. Try it twice, in Osaka. Expensive yes, but I thought it tasted very good, very smooth, but very very thin sashimi. Worth the risk I think!

  11. Always take two shot of Johnny Walker before getting on the slope, it warms the body up good and and a light buzz riding!
  12. Thanks for the Snowbed info, everyone. I'll look into it as soon as I have all my tickets book and confirm.
  13. Misorano Thats sounds good, I'll planning to stay in Snowbed probably for at least 2 nights, depending on how good the snow and mountain is, I might stay another day or so. Are you a skiier or boarder? Have you got your jacket and stuff? I get Columbia Sportswear and Mountain Hardwear gear for wholesale price! Which is around 50-60% off retail. Maybe we could work something out about lodging?
  14. Thanks Curt, I'll do more research on the Arai, Myoko and Furano. Just hope they'll be as good as Whistler BC when I get there.
  15. Fatboy slim, I saw him performed live before, he probably have his set all digitalize on his powerbook and all he have to do is adjust the bass and tremble... DJ Tiesto always used all old school way, he is still my favorite DJ, by far. His performance always kick A$$

  18. thanks for everyone's input, and no I am not thinking about Hokkaido only, its the only one that rread so many great things about. So I thought I'll go there first. Myoko and Arai and Furano sounds great, I'll have to do much web research on them. Are those three all in Hokkaido? How are they in getting around easily for non japanese speaker? In everyone's opinion, what is the next best to Niseko or third best to Niseko? Thanks for everyone's help, good thing i didn't book anything yet.
