I was very pleased with that result.

Not everyone will be affected by this but I have definitely noticed a decrease in goodwill, more kibishii (strict) way of doing business and general less friendliness at work. I know many many people and businesses are having to tighten belts out there and that's why things are generally uglier than usual, but with everything that is happening extra ugliness could be done without. Smelly recession.
