I'd really like to get my hands on some REALLY old gear from way way back (you know museum level gear) just to see what it feels like compared to new gear. Has anyone here have any experience riding on any really old gear?

Not got any pictures but back in the states I've got 12 sets of skis from my 15+ years on the slopes. I just can't seem to get rid of them. Am I mad??
