  1. I didn't watch the YouTube version I downloaded best of Mike Myers and that skit was on there edit: he gets the answer right and he wins 200000 then they take him into a back room and attach electrical bits to his nads...
  2. Thanks dude Be happy that the picture of the swelling I took last night didn't turn out as well as I had hoped and you don't get to see another picture of my misformed feet
  3. Dude besides Pollard's sedment the video is really good How can you not like all the Whistler pillow lines

After that I can start to walk around a bit to stretch the ligament that I damaged. With luck I will be able to get my foot back into a boot in 10 days. I don't want to push it though so unless it really starts dumping I'm going to take it easy
  5. Thanks guys It was in the bouldering room. I fell and my left foot wedged into the crack between the pads and wall. Poor design. I broke my left foots last January. But I have never twisted my left ankle before. Only my right when I fell down a water fall and never this bad I am going to try and get in to see a doctor soon. I can put a little bit of weight on it after a long rest over night. But it is swollen and a little bruised. I was supposed to stay in a backcountry hut this evening

  9. The one I saw was quality Impressive pole skills I'd love to live in Revelstoke although I think it would be better without the massive ski hill There are so many options for backcountry skiing
  10. Dude it's all about the adventure Sounds and looks like a great time I've read about Curry lots in Powder Mag. Some real knarly routes It's a cool mountain
  11. Dude I just can't hold my liquor like I used to It would be an embarrassment to the cheap red asahis that I like so much
  12. Quote: Toque it was so cold i froze most of our cameras that was the sad part about the whole trip. [/QB] I've been having that problem as well so lately I've kept my camera around my neck and hanging down into my bib. My body heat keeps it warm enough that the batteries don't drain Today with temps from -20 to -10 my battery kept going all day long Of course there is the stranglation hazard but I'm just experimenting with this Try keeping the camera in a pocket close to your body. That should work
  13. Cool dude Looks like you had a good crew out there I joined the mountaineering club and got out for some turns in the BC today as well. It hasn't snowed in a week but with cold temperatures of -20 the snow has stayed pretty good We skied 2 pretty good runs. Not steep at all. 30 degrees I'd say. Fun to get out with people and into an area that I have been looking at
  14. Good find guys Also great you are out practicing My last practice was over a year ago It is something I should do as soon as possible as well
  15. What is tomorrow? Yah it has slowed down We used to go through a load of pages in a day

  17. I have read a few snips here and there of a big mountain competition held in Japan in the mid 90s but never found out where it was I think a Japanese event would go over well. There is after all a local hero on the freeskiing tour and he does pretty good
