I'd highly recommend Wales. A wonderful country full of pipe smoking farmers, rain, hills and bogs. Add to this that no one will speak to you in English in Mid and North Wales and you'll have a great time. On a more serious not, why don't you try "Eurorail" I'm not fully aware if it is avaliable to people outside of Europe, or the age restrictions, but it costs 250 and you can ride free around the wonderful European rail network for 1 month (i think). I find the Union Jack a bit of an insult being as it is supposed to incorporate all of the UK. England...check, Scotland....check, Northern Ireland.....check and Wales....erm. Having been to Hakauba over new years I noticed that, eventhough the boarding was wicked, the nightlife was erhhh poor.... So Im calling on all you experienced folks for a bit of advice. There is NO excuse for remaking a comedy series. Just accept it for what it is. They tried to remake One Foot in the Grave and Men Behaving Badly, both of which were funny series in there own right, so why remake 'em. It 's a tad insulting to Americans and Brits that TV Stations feel the need to change the humour so that people can "understand it". You don't see the BBC/ITV trying to remake Friends or The Simpsons.
