CD's are the worst thing to have stolen! It takes years to build a collection. A TV can be replaced one trip, but CD's???? I'm still replacing mine after some complete gimp stole them a few years back. I had about 60 all gone in one swoop. Kamo I feel for you mate....

I'm intensely paranoid about my front door and windows. Even if I KNOW I've locked it I'll walk back to check it maybe 2 or 3 times. Irrational behaviour I know, but it's the same with 'leaving the hob on' or 'leaving the cooker on'. I just can't help myself...

I got Salomon SPx5 bindings at the mo, I've heard bad stuff about Flows, heel movement especially.... Though they do seem convenient. -
SF are you sure ? I agree we should all have our own opinions the world would be boring otherwise, but I just think that animal cruelty is an issue that most people are perfectly happy to turn a blind eye to. But something visible like bull fighting promotes all sorts of over reactions.

I don't care for rodeo..... OK, being as you think the meat argument is a 'bit of a stretch' how about cosmetics. Carrying out degrading and VERY painful experiments on animals which are kept in cages in all manner of experimental 'stages'???????? You own hair products or shampoo...? Besides they don't "throw" spears at it, they place them above the shoulder blade to make the head drop so that the final one, kills the bull outright. I'm not hoping to convince you otherwise, you can carry on living the way you do, just don't moan about cruel acts, when most of you spon

1. A talking monkey. 2. My own mountain resort (as previoulsy wished for). Perhaps two, one in Europe or N. America and one in New Zealand or Australia....I can always go without the monkey if that counts as two wishes. 3. And the presidency of the USA, then I could do what I want.

Yeah of course your allowed an opinion, I never said you weren't I just think you're wrong.... The conditions they're kept under is common sense a strong bull = a stiffer test for the Matadore. Fukdane, do you buy cosmetics or eat meat? And when you do, do you shed a tear for the little animals they've been tested on and that have died to feed you?
-
This is the sort of twisted moral sh*t that beggers belief on this forum. Most of you eat meat no doubt (and I'm sure the veggies will soon let me know)..... animals which slaughtered and kept in appalling conditions to await their death. Yet an animal that is fed and treated very well throughout it's life, and given the oppurtunity fight at the end has you immediate pity. Rubbish.

Bull vs Bull what? But I'm goona go out on a limb here..... I would like to go and see a bull fight in Spain, it's something that appeals to me. Seville is this place to go apparently! It's all about courage isn't it? I mean, fighting a bull with nothing but a wee red flag takes courage, skill and a lot of passion.

What can of prices am I looking at roughly? Boot size UK 8, that shouldn't be a prob.... -
I was just reading the 'where is your board/ ski's' thread. I didn't bring my board, bindings, boots etc to Japan cos I thought it would be too expensive. But am I stupid ? Surely buying equipment out here is gonna cost $$$$'s. Anybody?? I need a decent pair of boots, bindings AND board! I'm looking for an all mountain board multi-use, though it has to be around 158 - 161. How much, advice on which board......

Yep. Good of you to admit it.

I was trying to figure this out too. Why do I go to the gym for my health or vanity. Both makes me feel better... I've noticed since arriving here, that there are a hell of a lot of vain people on Japan,. On the train and underground the amount of girls (and guys) carrying pocket mirrors etc is unbelievable! A vain counrty for sure....

There's also a tune featuring Beth Orton on the Chemical Brothers 'Dig your own hole' album, but the name of the track escapes me...... It's a great sample/ riff.

Cheers for your concern miteyak/ ocean. I'm definatley for the sea and sand. The wildlife, though it interests me, can be left alone for now. So you advise: Takamastu Kata Isonoura cheers again

OK, I've been told by many people that it gets rather hot a humid round 'ere in summer. For all you Kansai-ers (?), are there ANY decent beaches around here. Osaka is rather a smelly city, so I've got me fingers crossed.!?

There's nothing better than the pungent whaff of cheese, garlic and red wine on a night out....viva la France....or something like that. Kintaro, all the best women are French, plus all the best Perfume, add them together, and mix it with the French language, and I'm ready to boycott the rest of the world and never leave again. -
Lord of the Ring was a pleasure. Gutted when I finished them.! "1984" was a classic.

Nice one O11! " I now pronounce you man and goat..." I agree with SF, whats the point in exchanging vows you don't believe in. It will totally depend on my future wife..... Maybe I could have a Mick Jagger style wedding, which 'doesn't count' in court (what a bast*rd).
