I'm not quite following. Why is that such 'fantastic' advice? Won't lots of people who are coming from a long way away actually be coming to visit those popular places that they have heard about - and want to experience those places in their best conditions? I would have thought it were better advice for the local brigade who have cars and are mobile and have the chance to go wherever and whenever they want, rather than the coming from overseas people.
