Oreo? da chocolate color biscuit some cream inbetween? Mad, hum... exactly fashion is the key. Yes, Marioboy. People often judge other's nationality/race by looking. When I got off a boat at Boppard, Rhein river Germany, 2 Japanese women talked to me in Japanese in miserable voice saying "Are you a Japanese, aren't you? AREN'T you? AREN'T YOU???????? " I said " Yes, I am" They said " We strayed from a tour, help us!!! take us to a hotel in Heidelberg, please!" LOL Heidelberg was not in my list to visit, so I just made a ring to a hotel where their tour scheduled to have -

Hum... exactly how differently Japanese and Chinese look? Usually I can't tell until I start talking with the person. When the person say Ni hao, finally I notice s/he is a Chinese. -

Good resorts in Japan: tips?
gamera replied to caver200020's topic in Snow talk, trip reports, Japan avalanche & backcountry
Not sure you can list so many ski slopes if it's only within 3 hours from Narita. If it's Sapporo, probably you can list more for example, Sapporo Kokusai, Niseko, Rusutsu etc? My place Hakuba is probably 4 hours apart from Narita even if you take the quickest way by Narita express plus Shinkansen Asama plus bus. You can take a flight to Toyama airport instead of Narita to reach here though. I think flights available from Shanghai to Toyama and v.v. -

Hi Manda. Thanks, that's it. I felt that players were really ojisans and obasans like my parents when I watched it on TV in early '70s but now I feel it kinda my sons and daughters lol.... Wonder if the teams in the 'team roster' are the same ones with teams when I saw them on TV. Teams I remember are LA T-Birds, Chicago hawks, Newyork Chiefs, Texas outlaws, Detroit devils, Boltimore cats, etc. Are they still active?

Oh you're a Greek? PORNBOY LOL My plane landed on Athens and my voyage started there when I traveled around Europe. Could not find enough English signboards instead of Greek signboards which made me feel really lonely. I think that is how you feel in Japan finding only kanji signboards. Even could not buy a subway ticket by myself for Pireus lol Geia sas!? Efharesto! Parakaro!

By the way, what does 'tsonda' for tsondaboy mean? Can't find it in my dictionary.

Does anyone remember roller game? Wrestling on wheels. It's an American stuff which was popular in early '70s on TV in Japan. 2 teams fight on wheels skating around the track. Each team has 5 skaters skating around the track, 2 of them wear helmets which are called jammer. 1 period is just for a min. When whitsle is rang, jammers try to skate ahead, players of enemy team try not to let them go. When jammers get one lap ahead and get ahead of players of another team, that is what they score. So if 2 jammers in a team get one lap ahead and get ahead of all players of another te

Clock, you can hear some old japanese men say Washi for himself which means 'I'. Usually it's said in Kansai area and western. Good job, Yamakashi - Washi and Onushi are a nice combo Muikabochi, how about saying 'Eigo o shaberita kattara, eigo no sensei to shabette kudasai, boku wa nihongo de shaberi tai' to him?

I am a Japanese as many of you have already known. Maybe I might be able to agree with some of the issues, but I think people are people before talking about their nationality, race etc. People like to categorize others are people like to categorize others. Let's don't care and they just waste their time too much for it. We all eat, sleep, have fun and sh*t lol......
