Plate and bolts due to be removed in August. I'm due to leave the hospital today.

My bolts in the wrist have put an end to my jogging for a while. Was gonna enter the Otaru marathon in June....out of the question now. Have to wait and do the Sapporo marathon again in October

Small bit of metal plate and 8 screws into the bones now holding my wrist together! Hurts a bit!!

Shame the Sapporo Beer Festival doesn't start a little earlier.....oh well, there's always the hanabi in Maruyama park to look forward too!!

Think that plate would be awesome, especially if the yellow could be seen under the skin! Internal tattoo.

So I am now waiting in the hospital bed for 2:00 to roll around so I can get a metal plate and bolts put into my wrist! It's a shame, but I think my skateboarding for the year is now out of the question. Riding my longboard last summer really helped my balance and confidence on my snowboard during the winter. Anyone else longboard??
