Do not drive from hakuba to niseko. You will spend days on the road. Driving in japan in winter goes from slow to very slow. 3 weeks is nothing, I would recommend staying at 2 resorts near each other. Niseko-kiroro Hakuba-myoko etc

My boots pack out in about 10 days. I wore size 11 boots for years, they fit great at the start but end up sloppy. Now I ride in 10s and they hurt for a few days but end up perfect. I bought another pair of 10s cheap and I plan on breaking them in slowly, only riding them every second or third day to minimise the pain ;-)

Snowboards boots pack out quite a bit. I would recommend something that feels too tight to begin with if you wish to have a good fit down tge track. Comfy in the shop =heel lift later on.

Same. I smashed my body up for years and years skating. It was a lifestyle for us for about 10 years. Had to stop in the end due to having too much time off work. A couple of pics from back in the day.
