Light snow falling in Shiga Kogen this morning.

It's windy out there this morning.

I'm writing this from Okushiga Kogen - and it's really snowing heavily just at the moment.

More fine and clear weather early this morning, but snow is due later on - perhaps before noon

Wasn't expecting this! Beautiful (almost) clear blue skies over Shiga Kogen.

Lots of lovely light snow this morning, and it is still coming down at a moderate to heavy rate with limited visibility and cold temperatures.

Light snow has been falling in some places this morning, but here in Hasuike it is just cloudy and calm at the moment.

The snow has eased off and the wind has calmed down. It is still very cold and keeping the snow in top conditions.
