Yakebitaiyama is reporting a very respectable 40cm of snowfall and Kumanoyu is reporting 30cm overnight.

We have light snow forecast for this morning but it is only snowing in some parts of the area.

Bright and sunny! The Shibutoge lift is moving this morning and the Yamanokami lift is also open.

Fine weather with some sunshine and some cloud... and a cold start too. It should be a day of calm weather.

I bring good news. Very good news. Kumanoyu is reporting 40cm of fresh snowfall. Yakebitaiyama is reporting 50cm of fresh snowfall.

Brrrrr, it's has been a cold early morning here in Shiga Kogen.

Just a few cm+ to add to the reports.

We did get a bit of snow falling yesterday though it wasn't that cold and it didn't really stick on the roads.

Some fresh snow overnight. Kumanoyu reported just 5cm, but I measured more than that (and my friend close to Yakebitaiyama said 'over 10cm').
