Well, we got another 20+cm of snow since yesterday on the mountain, according to the ski area, and around 10-15cm around base areas.

We did get some snow yesterday, but it didn't amount to that much in terms of cm (3-5cm reported by the ski area yesterday afternoon).

Light snow is falling this morning, with snow due over this weekend. At the moment it's not the kind that will bring big (cm) numbers.

Yesterday afternoon the ski area was reporting 50cm of snowfall during the day on the top Yamabiko area.

Woohoo! Some big snow numbers this morning. By 3pm yesterday, the ski area was reporting 3-15cm of new snowfall across the mountain.

The snow is back. Not a huge amount yet, but snow is due today and tomorrow so fingers crossed we are in for a good reset.

There is still some light snow falling still, but it is due to ease off today with the chance of some sun later.

Phew. I have been out moving snow early this morning. Good exercise.

So we have had around 10cm of snow down at base since yesterday morning.

Just a bit of snow being reported this morning. Bit of a southerly wind going on as well but it does not seem to be affecting lifts, at least at the start of the day.

With the 3cm reported at Yamabiko yesterday early evening, the ski area has said there is 5-10cm around base areas and 22-26cm on upper areas since yesterday.

It did get to snowing yesterday and there has been around 10cm.
