Some light snow falling this morning with 5-10cm of fresh snow being reported on upper areas. We are expecting a mostly cloudy day today.

3cm of fresh snow to report this morning with up to around 10cm being reported from some of the ski areas.

The most snow being reported this morning is 10cm from the upper areas of Hakuba 47. Just a little snow down below and light snow falling this morning.

The snow clouds remain over the region with resorts reporting varying amounts of fresh snow... up top, 10-15cm at Hakuba 47 and 35cm at Cortina.

Some more snow this morning though not as much with the resorts reporting 10-15cm of fresh snow on upper areas.

Here we go 2021. We're all rooting for a good one.

This year might have been a rubbish one in many respects, but at least we should be thankful that are getting snow.

6cm of snow to report from base with ski areas reporting the following up to 30cm on the mountain.

Smaller numbers being reported this morning as the snow clouds ease off and we get to see some blue sky above Hakuba.

A break in the clouds is ahead of us with the snow due to ease off today and sunshine due tomorrow.
