We enjoyed snow during the day yesterday on our mountains.

Yesterday was a fine day with a lot of cloud around mountains), and quite a bit of blue sky and sun further down.

It was snowing in the afternoon yesterday - some nice big flakes actually - when I was up at 47, and we do have some fresh snow down to base this morning.

Hakuba 47 appear to be reporting 30-40cm on their upper areas.

It is one of those times when there has been a lot more snow in northern areas of the region (Otari village) than the southern sections of Hakuba.

Ski areas reporting another (up to) 20cm or so of snow in upper areas this morning.
