New snowfall at base 2cm
Snowfall at base this season 380cm
Posted on Friday 10th February 2023 This is an archived report. The latest Hakuba Now report can be found here.
Yesterday was a fine day with a lot of cloud around mountains), and quite a bit of blue sky and sun further down.
When I got up this morning it was just cloudy but snow has started falling and it's coming down quite nicely as I prepare this report. There is already a thin layer on the top of my car and it feels cold outside.
Hopefully we'll get some decent snow today and tonight for the weekend.
Over the weekend we still expect to see the sun.
