Ah yes, I love it when I have good snowfall to report to you.

Let's headlines!

- Hakuba Cortina: 47cm at base

- Hakuba Goryu: 45cm (upper)

- Hakuba 47: 20-35cm

- Hakuba Happo-one: 25-30cm (upper), 12cm (Nakiyama)

Nice. :)

After that fine start yesterday, and some relatively mild conditions during the day, it gradually clouded over and snow started coming down in the afternoon. It was quite heavy at times evening onwards, with a bit more overnight.

At the start of the day today we still have cloud around, but also blue sky and the sun breaking through the clouds in places.

It should be an excellent morning.

Just one downer to mention: sounds like it is quite windy out there. The gondola and upper lifts at Happo-one are not opening as planned due to windy conditions on mountain. The Goryu gondola appears to be delayed too...
