rachael 0
When I go back to my hometown, my family and friends often pick me up on "Japanese-like" behavior and mannerisms that I've picked up here. You know like bowing, saying "uuuuuhhhh?", saying simple things in Japanese (like onegai shimasu to shopkeepers who look at you as if yer mad). Any other things you've embarrassed yourself with? veronica 2
I seem to come up with lots of "hai"s as well. I started watching Mr Baseball last night (with Tom Selleck) and it was very poor, very cliched. For some reason I couldn't turn the damn thing off.
