I was imagining my aunt who had a "liquor licence! who pretended to be the man very familiar with the razor myself, being a cyclist/triathlete i never had hair on my legs till I was 21! Or those Nair products (put on a cream, leave it on for awhile and then the hairs just wipe off with the cream, and slows regrowth). But I have no idea if you can get Nair in Japan.
