Or the Kangaroos are an AFL team the Wallabies (as seen above) are a rugby union team. But if you do find the wallaby here is a diagram that may help with handling! Link to post Share on other sites

Marinate it in Mushroom Soy, Light Soy, Lemon & Garlic for 24 hours, then chuck it on the BBQ for about 3 or 4 minutes a side then slice it up & serve it on risotto or polenta Link to post Share on other sites
