Error404 0
I'm looking to buy a PC game as a present for someone here. I need the English version of a really popular PC game (Rome:Total War actually) but it's proving to be difficult to find. Overseas online shops don't seem to be able to ship to Japan or either cost a fortune (the places I find anyways). Amazon in Japan says it would take 6-8 weeks (!) and I can't find the English/import version on rakuten. Does anyone know of a place that might be able to help out? (Any Akihabara shops perhaps...?) Thanks for any help.
klingon 10
Have you tried T Zone, they might have it.
maoriboy 0
Asobit City in Akihabara has a wide selection of PC games and some import PS2, Xbox, Gameboy and PSP games. Its less than 5 minutes from the Akihabara station exit.

Dokumanju 0
i used to use overtop but they closed down. G-dex is good, their shipping is 500 yen to anywhere in japan if i remember correctly (only used them once). Good luck!
Dokumanju 0
oh BTW, just in case they don't have the game u want, EBgames will ship to japan but i'm not sure the shipping costs will be worth it for just one game.
Error404 0
Thanks all. That Japanese place looks good, so does the US one if you're buying a few at a time. Cheers!

merryJim 1
Don't get World of Warcraft - you can't use it in Japan with a credit card with a Japanese address. My friend found that out after they bought the thing..... useless.
