No, no, don't go to ICI if you're serious. They can do molded footbeds, and I'm sure they did a good job with those for you, but for serious bootwork they're not your folks.

Anyway sockey, sounds like you found something, congrats!

Yes you are right it in Garmisch not Anton. \:D

well doesn't look like i'll have to make a return tokyo trip for boots --- a shop in matsumoto yesterday offered to buy in all 3 boots that i want to try --- so i can just try them all on, compare and make a decision.

i'm choosing between -

Lange FR 100

Rossignol Bandit B-Squad

Nordica Hot Rod Nitrous

they should be able to make me a good footbed too. and any other tuning i want i can do in hakuba easily.

wow almost ready for winter --- my new park skis and bindings arrived last night too ;\)

Hi all! I'd like to bump this thread, since I recently picked up a pair of Gen Feel boots, but the store was pretty tiny and didn't have an onsite boot fitter. I noticed ICI was suggested, but Sunrise was quick to dissuade me.

So if anybody has any other recommendations for boot fitting in the Tokyo area, it would be greatly appreciated!
