sava 0
I think ft has enough skis? what's on your bigstix currently, alpine?
mattlucas 0
Yup I don't do so much touring if any in the winter right now but I imagine in the future I will be doing a lot more so it might be nice to have a strong BC setup for deep snow You can never really have to many skis FT is just looking for the perfect setup I think. Or he is trying to have a ski for every type of snow while only using 1 ski on every type of snow
Fattwins 0
I fell in love with the jaks for sure. 190 centerish mounted skis yes a good fit indeed. I am in deep thought about my quiver. the 1080s are going up for sale. the rossi fat skis are up for sale the lbfs might go up for sale the Volkl Vs might stick around or go up for sale. freerides are on the way, moght be buying naxos for the jaks too. here is what im thinking if I can make enough money selling skis. Jaks get naxos 06 beefed up binding. the jaks cant rail for crap and piping skis is way funny on such long sticks. the lbfs get sold and I get a lighter ski to fill in the all round touring ski. maybe seth pistol help me out here but its gotta be light. the problem is the lbf is just a bomber spring ripping ski. the deep powders stay in the quiver as rock skis but get better bindings. Im going to order from the mntlion asap. what are your thoughts.
mattlucas 0
Looks to be 2 Naxo's this year NX01 - It's the updated Naxo meant for North American rippers NX21 - even stiffer and burlier. Din of 13 I'd hang onto the LBFs. It is a good ski and you might want to make it a BC specific ski. Or use it as a rock ski. Get rid of the 1080's, Rossis and V's like you are planning. But you are moving into Hakuba and might want a park specific ski since you will be skiing a lot more. Maybe hold onto 1 of the twintips.
