I call it ochanomizu, but only because I use sin-ochanomizu station on the chiyoda line.

 

A new place opened up near exit 4B (I think) of above station. It looks quite new from the outside, from memory it had a timber exterior and didnt really look like a snow shop at first glance. They have quite a range of accessories on the ground and 1-2nd floors.

 

edit: I just went there. It is called Viento and is an arm of Victoria. They have the largest range og gloves in one place that i have seen. They also sell both dakine and burton wrist guards

If you go by the Marunouchi line it is: Awajicho.

If you go by the Mita line it is: Jinbocho.

If you go by the Chiyoda line it is: Shin Ochanomizu.

If you go by JR it is: Ochanomizu

If you go by car it is: Ogawacho.
