Chriselle 158
Try a nice Pinot Noir Tubby.... you'll never go back to the cheap swill. Actually, I've been making "Mangria's" lately.... dry red wine, a good shot of Vodka and a splash of orange juice. It's an ass kicker that goes down really nice.
RobBright 35
Go Cabernet or Merlot.

teikiatsulover 6
I found that starting the ski season in good shape helps lessen muscle pain tremendously! Otherwise, onsen, stretching, and copious amounts of alcohol usually work.
Aggro Crag 1
I found that starting the ski season in good shape helps lessen muscle pain tremendously! Otherwise, onsen, stretching, and copious amounts of alcohol usually work. Great point having a solid core to begin with will help prevent back pain, and riding a bike will keep your legs in shape. The evening after; onsen, then hydrate, then party. Next morning chu-hi or beer, and painkillers. repeat daily.
