My home city of Dundee is well known as the centre of the Uni-Pie-verse in Scotland and is referred to locally as a "Peh". Instead of buying ready made pastry I decided to have a bash at making my own shortcrust pastry pies....and they turned out damned good!! Pies are ready and about to go into the oven.... ......ready to eat I was very surprised at how easy it was to make really good flaky pastry. Definitely gonna be making more of these bad boys!!
