Slippery Jim 65
Was just looking at archives for Shiga Kogen -- trying to decide if that's a realistic alternative to Hokkaido for a trip just before xmas -- and curiously the reports show pretty good snowfall in mid-to-late December for odd-number years, rather poor for even-number years, at least since 2005. I haven't been up there that early for many years, but for the coming season it looks cost-competitive with Hokkaido packages at that time of December. And this is an odd-numbered year! Any thoughts, especially you Nagano-based folks?
iiyamadude 6
Definitely an odd way of looking at it DiGriz Basically... who knows, hey?
BagOfCrisps 24
Oh if only we knew! If things were more certain around Xmas/New Year we might be tempted. Just too much a risk if it's the riding to go for.
