Does Niseko get many clear blue-bird days usually in a season?

I see not many this season so far, I suppose they are like a treat every now and again after all the snowfall.

You could probably count on one hand the number of true bluebird days we get in a whole season. You don't come to Niseko for clear skies you come for good powder. It usually delivers.

It was. At the time that photo was taken, however the bottom of the left hand side of Konayuki where it flattens out was untracked in many places - and there was a lot of untracked in the tree's.

There is lots of people up here. When the snow is not filling in the tracks (like when it goes blue bird) then all the obvious stuff is tracked pretty quick.
