joshnii 2
There are probably free ways but I paid about $20 for something called TuneUp and it does an excellent job. No hassle, cleans lots of stuff up with little effort. I would recommend it. When I first used it I only about half of my 12000 or so songs had album art. The software found all but 2 of my albums, those two were bootleg concerts. And almost no mistakes either! It sorts out song names as well and generally does a clean. RobBright 35
Go on to google -> search for album -> go to images -> right click on high-quality image -> save to pc -> on itunes click on get info -> add album. TuneUp is good and depending on how many albums you want cleaning up, you could download the free trial version and use that.

scouser 4
I used that Tune Up as well for 16000 songs. It got most of them right. Took a fair while but just start it up and let it do it's thing. Well worth the bit of cash things like that.
BagOfCrisps 24
And to think I spend a whole weekend messing around with that lot a few years back. It wasn't fun.
