sanjo 2
I see the new 36 mins from Tokyo to Narita is running now. Not bad if Nippori is good for you, but for me going into Ueno, it adds a transfer so no real benefit from the current Skyliner. Anyone ride it yet?
Jynxx 4
If you have shopping to do in Ueno, then it's great ! Otherwise, I bus.
sunrise 0
I got it on Sunday coming from Narita to Nippori, it took 41 mins, not 36 (ran correct to the timetable at that). Really nice and speedy thru the chiba rice paddies, only slows down once it hits the shared track.
pie-eater 207
sanjo, it goes from Ueno too just like the old one. In fact, it basically just seems to have replaced the old one.....
grungy-gonads 54
Yep replaces the old one basically. Takes it down to about 45 minutes on average from Ueno.
scouser 4
Might only be 15 mins or so quicker really but it definitely felt much quicker, a marked improvement. Really speeds once you get out of the city.
