RobBright 35 Posted January 8, 2009 Share Posted January 8, 2009 Dry air - Tokyo hasn't had any rain for two weeks, so the humidity is much lower than usual. This allows the wood that is usually damp, to dry out and makes it much easier to ignite. Link to post Share on other sites
